Decision regarding the holding of repeat voting in the electoral districts Oniscani and Chirianca and the polling station Fuzauca
Chisinau, 28 May 2003

Due to the fact that in the elections for the Commune Council Oniscani (Calarasi District), the Village Council Chirianca (Straseni District) and the District Council Soldanesti (polling station Fuzauca) serious violations of the Electoral Code were registered, which have affected the results of the voting and the distribution of mandates, and pursuant to Articles 137, 138 of the Electoral Code, the Central Electoral Commission hereby decides:

1. To declare null the elections for councillors in the Commune Council Oniscani, Village Council Chirianca and the elections for the District Council Soldanesti (polling station Fuzauca).
2. To hold on 8 June 2003 the repeat voting for Commune Council Oniscani (Calarasi District), Village Council Chirianca (Straseni District) and District Council Soldanesti (polling station Fuzauca).

The repeat voting will be held with the same electoral lists, same candidates and same electoral councils and bureaux.
