Resolution on the Application of the Electoral Code by the Department for Information Technologies with regard to the General Local Elections of 25 May 2003

For a good holding of the general local elections, it is necessary to task the Department for Information Technologies to ensure that the citizens of the Republic of Moldova are issued the documents that they need in order to participate in the elections within reasonable terms.
According to Article 22 and 26 of the Electoral Code, the Central Electoral Commission decides:
The Department for Information Technologies is tasked to ensure that applications by citizens of the Republic of Moldova for documents that they will need to be allowed to participate in the general local elections of 25 May 2003 be satisfied within reasonable terms.
