Resolution on the list of parties and socio-political organisations entitled to participate in the general local elections on 25 May 2003

According to Articles 15, 41 of the Electoral Code, the Central Electoral Commission decides:
- The list of parties and socio-political organisations, which registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova before the election date and are eligible to participate (independently or as part of an electoral bloc) in the general local elections on 25 May 2003, is published (see list attached).
- The parties, socio-political organisations and electoral blocs that participate in elections may each nominate one representative entitled to consultative vote to the Central Electoral Commission, the Electoral Councils that register contestants and the relevant electoral bureaus.
